Information Security Policy

1. This policy applies to all officers, employees, and other business personnel of our company.
2. This policy applies to all information related to business activities under our control.
3. We will take safe management measures to appropriately protect the information assets we handle from threats to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information assets.
4. We will comply with all applicable laws, national guidelines and other regulations regarding information security.
5. We will establish an information security management system and implement information security management with a unified organizational vision.
6. We will establish and implement regulations regarding information security in accordance with this policy.
7. In the unlikely event that an accident occurs with respect to information assets, we will promptly investigate the cause and respond, minimizing the damage and striving to prevent recurrence.
8. We will educate and train our employees on the importance of information security and ensure that information assets are used appropriately.
9. We will ensure that this policy is complied with and will continually review and improve it even after it comes into effect.
