Please tell us what kind of company Advanced Media is.
I think this is a company where you can challenge yourself to do the work you want to do. When I first joined the company, I wanted to focus on programming, so I focused on developing Windows desktop apps and iPhone/Android apps. After that, I became interested in cloud services, so I was in charge of developing services that utilize AWS.
I am currently challenging myself to develop new products that will allow me to make the most of the skills I have acquired so far.
Please tell us about your current job and what is rewarding about it.
I am mainly in charge of developing voicebots for contact centers. I am in charge of almost all of the development process for this product, including considering new features and managing member tasks. I have been involved in everything from the concept design stage to prototyping, the official release, and ongoing updates.
The number of customers is steadily increasing and we often receive positive feedback, which makes me feel very rewarded.

Please tell us what you value in your work.
I think it is important to think carefully about what is required from the perspective of the other party (customers and internal members). In product development, we receive many requests from customers and internal members, but it is difficult to fulfill all of them due to the constraints of the development period, so we need to focus only on the functions that are truly necessary.
We always consider why the other party needs it, whether they really need it, and whether it would be better to do it this way rather than what they are requesting, and then we reflect this in our products.

What are your future goals (dreams)?
I would like to develop the voicebot for contact centers that I am currently developing into one of our main products, and into a product with the top market share in the voicebot industry.
To achieve this, we are currently working to quickly reflect what our customers really want in our products and to systematically improve the entire project so that our sales members can easily expand sales. I also hope to continue acquiring new skills and grow along with the products.
Daily schedule
Inquiry correspondence
Since I work staggered hours every day, I start at this time. I respond to emails and chat messages that have piled up since I finished work the previous day.
Schedule adjustment
You will manage the project schedule, check tickets (tasks to be carried out or confirmations), and check the progress of members.
Specifications study
We consider specifications for new functions and draw screen designs.
Internal meeting
In meetings with the sales team, we report on the status of projects and developments. If necessary, we also talk about the future of the product, such as "Let's release this feature in the next version."
Daily Meeting
The entire development team meets at this time every day to discuss progress, discuss business-related matters, and sometimes just chat as an icebreaker.
Lunch break
After finishing my meal, I spend my time doing housework or doing my hobbies.
Most of the work is done remotely, so there's no need to spend time going out to buy lunch, and breaks can be used efficiently.
Development
I will be doing detailed design and programming for the functions I am in charge of. I will generally work silently, but if there are any points I am unclear on I will be communicating with other members as necessary.
Business end
It's still light outside, but work is over now. I try to get my work done within working hours and value my private time.
