This also includes information about career progression and salary. In particular, the human resources system consists of three parts: a grade system, an evaluation system, and a wage system, which are closely linked.

Evaluation process

Evaluations are conducted on a semi-annual cycle. At mid-term interviews held during each cycle, progress toward goals is confirmed and next actions to achieve goals are clarified.
Every six months, after a self-evaluation and primary and secondary evaluations by superiors, we hold an evaluation committee that includes members from other departments. As a result, each person's evaluation is determined not only from the department to which they belong, but also from a company-wide perspective.

Evaluation criteria

Each person will be assigned a grade divided into nine categories. The definition of each grade is listed, and goals are set and evaluated according to the grade.
Evaluations will be conducted from two perspectives: performance evaluation and behavioral evaluation, and will be determined as a comprehensive evaluation.

Once a year, we conduct an awareness survey of individual employees and plan and review various systems.
