AmiVoice®Super Meeting Memo
Instantly converts all statements made during meetings and discussions into text. Cloud-based system allows you to create minutes from anywhere. Specialized engine for the construction and real estate industries achieves high recognition rate.
The voices of meeting participants are converted to text through a voice recognition app that runs on iOS devices. Since each person's remarks are converted to text in real time through a cloud server, it is possible to start creating minutes immediately after the meeting (we recommend using a recommended microphone to improve recognition accuracy).

FAQ
It has been adopted by private companies and organizations, mainly in the construction and real estate industries.
Since it is compatible with iOS/Windows, it can be used for a wide range of purposes, from meetings at field offices to conferences at head office or branches.
It depends on the current state of the minutes.
- When preparing minutes that involve detailed transcriptions of what was said, minutes can be created in less than half the time it would take conventionally.
(Example) Work that previously took a full day can now be completed in 1-2 hours
- In the case of minutes that summarize the main points, it is possible to reduce work time by about 3%, depending on the level of summary.
(Example) A task that took 3 hours can now be completed in about XNUMX hours.
A minimum contract of one month is possible.
If you cancel your contract (delete your usage environment) and then use the service again, we will charge you an initial fee of 10 yen for server settings, etc.
For temporary suspension of service, please contact your sales representative or our partner company.
One hour of audio/text data takes up approximately 1MB, so you can store approximately 10 hours of audio/text data.
The storage period will be until deletion or termination of your account.

Compatible with Windows and iOS.
・Windows microphone app: Windows 11
- iOS microphone app: iOS 10.0 or later
Hardware: iPhone, iPad, iPad mini
Generally, we recommend that one company operate one account.
There may be cases where separate accounts are used for the head office and branch offices, etc., but please note that users are registered using email addresses and the same email address cannot be registered for multiple accounts.
This can be done using the output voice recognition function of the Windows microphone app.
The recorded voice data can be recognized by playing it back on a PC, but the recognition time will take the same amount of time as the recording time.
*Please note that the level of recognition is inferior to when recognizing directly from the microphone.
This is possible with the Windows microphone app.
This is not available on the iOS microphone app.
It is possible.
Supports Japanese and English.
This will vary depending on the content of the meeting, the speaker, and the recording environment. As a guideline, the following recognition rates can be expected.
In formal meetings where people speak in an orderly manner, such as local assemblies or executive meetings of major companies, the recognition rate is over 90%.
* Regardless of the content of the meeting, if sound cannot be picked up near the mouth, recognition accuracy will drop significantly.
Recognition accuracy decreases if the speech is fast or hesitant.
You can expect a high recognition rate if you speak clearly and at a calm speed, like an announcer.
It accommodates different accents, intonations, and speeds of speech.
However, if the word itself is different from common language, the recognition accuracy will decrease because the word is often not registered in the voice recognition engine.
(Example) The Kansai dialect "~yake" is recognized as "burn"
For dialects that are not included in the dictionary, the "word registration function" can be used to recognize regional expressions, proper nouns, and place names.
We recommend that you speak in order to avoid misunderstandings.
However, since the audio recording is saved, it is possible to check the audio and correct the recognition results.
If each speaker is equipped with a separate microphone, they will generally be recognized because the speaker is assigned to each microphone device.
If you use a microphone, it will be recognized incorrectly.
It is possible.
However, audio from IC recorders and sound-collecting microphones is not suitable for voice recognition because it picks up noise and the mouth is often far away when speaking.
We recommend using a microphone that is highly directional and does not absorb noise well, such as a handheld microphone, stand microphone, or gooseneck microphone, or for web conferences, a headset microphone, and holding the microphone close to your mouth for recording.
If it is difficult to prepare such microphones, we recommend providing an appropriate number of boundary microphones or similar for each meeting participant.
Since telephone voice data is voice information that differs from normal voice, a contact center solution is ideal.
