"VoXT One" is a meeting minutes solution platform that allows you to use two transcription services with different features with one account depending on your purpose and purpose. It provides a variety of functions, such as transcription of meetings using AI voice recognition and summary generation in cooperation with ChatGPT, to realize the efficient creation of meeting minutes in one stop.
To date, the system has been introduced to a total of 866 prefectural offices, city and ward offices, town and village offices, and is used by approximately 50% of local governments nationwide.#2.
According to a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the number of local governments that have formulated overall policies to promote digital transformation is expected to increase from 2021% in fiscal 13.9 to 2023% in fiscal 51.0, indicating that efforts toward digital transformation in local governments are progressing nationwide and at an accelerating pace.#3.
Furthermore, 86.7% of prefectures and 72.9% of municipalities have set the goal of using AI to improve business efficiency as part of their overall policy for promoting digital transformation, and the use of AI in local governments is drawing attention.#3.
In light of this, we have opened a special website for local governments for "VoXT One" with the aim of providing information that will make it easier for local government employees to select services that will help them improve the efficiency of their work.
The website includes examples of use cases based on a wealth of implementation results, as well as a flow chart that lets you see at a glance which service in the "VoXT One" lineup best suits your search criteria. In addition, we have also distributed downloadable materials that provide detailed information on implementation cases in all 16 municipalities, so please make use of them.
