We have upgraded the various services (ScribeAssist, ProVoXT) of VoXT One, a platform that centralizes meeting minutes solutions using the AI voice recognition AmiVoice.

・Speaker identification feature released
We have renamed "AI Speaker Identification (β)", which was implemented in 2020, to "Speaker Identification" and released it as the official version with significantly upgraded functionality. The main changes are as follows:
① The way attendees are managed has been completely revamped, making it easier to use.
- It is now possible to change the display name of the attendee master data linked to the voiceprint information required for speaker identification for each meeting.
- The amount of voiceprint information learned is now displayed
- You can now import/export attendee master data
②New speaker identification method added
A new speaker identification method has been added that assigns speaker numbers based on the speaker's voiceprint information.
You can assign names to attendees in bulk based on the assigned numbers. This is useful when you have a meeting with many people every day, or when you lend out devices with "ScribeAssist" installed.
3) After voice recognition is complete, it is now possible to identify the speaker all at once.

4. When a speaker changes, the speech is automatically started on a new line.

The voice recognition dictionary has been updated to the latest version, improving voice recognition rates.
- Target speech recognition dictionaries: Meetings (default), Congress, Medical/Pharmaceutical, Construction
*Starting with this version, the "Medical" dictionary and the "Pharmaceutical" dictionary have been integrated and will be provided as the "Medical/Pharmaceutical" dictionary.
The "Medical/Pharmaceutical" dictionary includes vocabulary for disease names, drug names, hospital names, etc., and can be used for general-purpose purposes in medical industry applications, such as transcribing various meetings in the medical industry, conversations during medical examinations, and face-to-face sales.
・The AI summary function can now be used in LGWAN (general administrative network) environments
Previously, AI summaries were not available in LGWAN environments, but with this version, they can now be used in LGWAN environments.
- The voice recognition start screen has been revised to make it easier to understand.
We have revised the screen layout and menus to make starting voice recognition more intuitive.
- Startup time has been reduced

- The minutes editor and AI summary function are now available in LGWAN environments
Previously, the minutes editor and AI summary were not available in LGWAN environments, but with this version, they can now be used in LGWAN environments.

- You can now check the usage history of AI summarization
You can now check usage status and history, including details of each summary (usage date and time, processing time, number of tokens consumed, etc.).
- Users can now change the connection method themselves
Users can now change the connection method (Internet/LGWAN) they selected when signing up for the service at any time.
- The UI of the management screen has been revised.
The menu screen has been reorganized to make it easier to use the AI summary and minutes editor. The screen design has also been improved to make it easier to check the current month's usage status.
