Improved usability of AI summary minutes editor
On January 1th, we will begin offering the latest version 29 of our cloud-based transcription service, ProVoXT.
Main version upgrades
- The functionality of the new home screen has been expanded.
①Recently viewed minutes can now be displayed.
You can also duplicate minutes from the menu button.
②You can now search minutes by date and time.
You can filter by "Meeting date and time," "Created date and time," and "Last updated date and time."
3) You can now search for minutes by "Minutes name" and "Original transcription name."
- Added speaker menu to sidebar.
We've added a speaker list menu to the sidebar of the transcription screen on the right side of the minutes editor. You can add, edit, and delete speakers from here.
- Audio playback is now possible in the minutes editor.
You can now play audio solo, in a loop, or continuously while editing the transcript. Dialogue is highlighted as it plays.
- Changed the name of the settings you select when summarizing AI.
The names of "Output format" and "Summary method" have been changed to "Agenda setting".
*There are no changes to the format of the summary results output.
・You can now check the original transcription results of a summary.
When you click on a summary in the transcript editor, the transcript that the summary was based on is now highlighted.
- Summary results can now be output to a file.
Summary results can now be output in Word or text format.
*If you view it via a shared URL, you will still not be able to download it.
