Seminar announcement: ``Next generation contact center seminar co-created by artificial intelligence and people'' co-sponsored by 4 companies, to be held on October 10th (Tuesday)

On October 10th (Tuesday), Advanced Media, SCSK, transcosmos, and Relia Communications will co-host the "Next Generation Contact Center Seminar Co-created by Artificial Intelligence and People."

The use of artificial intelligence (hereinafter referred to as AI) is attracting attention in the contact center industry, but questions such as ``How practical is it?'', ``How should we consider introducing it?'' and ``How should we actually consider cost-effectiveness?'' The barrier to entry at the consideration stage is high, and only a limited number of companies are proceeding with the process.
At this seminar, four companies participated: Relia Communications (Moshi Moshi Hotline), which operates virtual agents, SCSK, transcosmos, which operates multilingual contact centers and LINE support, and Advanced Media, which announced an AI core for voice dialogue. We will talk about the cutting-edge examples, reality, and future of artificial intelligence utilization.
In addition to presentations on the efforts of each company, we will also hold a panel discussion to honestly discuss the current state of AI utilization in contact centers.

We look forward to receiving your applications.
