Advanced Media Inc. Depending on your environment, you can choose from two plans: a self-editing plan that uses voice recognition to transcribe the text yourself, or a full-service outsourcing plan.
■ Background
Typing in Japanese takes twice as long as typing in English, and it also requires conversion into kanji and katakana. Therefore, despite the high demand for transcription, which converts spoken content into text, the inefficiency and cost issues have been major hurdles that have prevented the expansion of the transcription market.
For over 10 years, Advanced Media has been working extensively on introducing systems to support the creation of meeting minutes using voice recognition to the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly, prefectural assemblies, general companies, etc. "VoXT" is a cloud-based transcription service that makes use of the experience and technology we have cultivated thus far.

Depending on your delivery date and desired cost, you can use two transcription services: "VoXT Full," where a transcription staff member dedicated to the VoXT service transcribes on your behalf, and "VoXT Self," where you transcribe yourself using voice recognition.

Our dedicated staff will transcribe on your behalf. You can choose the fee structure according to your delivery date, from express delivery within 24 hours to relaxed delivery within 10 business days.
You can order in one-minute increments from the website, and you can check the current status at any time from your My Page. You can use this service according to the situation, such as when you are busy or when you don't have time to transcribe by yourself.
2. VoXT Self – Transcribing by yourself using a dedicated app
Voice recognition technology is used to automatically convert voice into text. By using the dedicated VoXT app to edit incorrectly converted parts yourself, you can transcribe 2 to 4 times faster than before. In addition to the existing voice-to-text function, we have added a new voice input function that allows you to speak into the microphone and convert directly into text. Even with data with low voice accuracy, more accurate voice recognition is possible by inputting voice directly on the editing screen.
"VoXT" has realized "collaboration between computers and humans" by allowing people to efficiently correct transcriptions. As a transcription platform, it is expected to increase employment, mainly through work sharing through crowdsourcing, by connecting people who want to transcribe themselves, people who want to outsource, and people who want to do it as a job.
