Advanced Media has integrated its proprietary AI voice dialogue system with OpenAI's ChatGPT, and will be installing "AI Ibaraki Hiyori," an Ibaraki Prefecture-certified VTuber, on the general information space of the Ibaraki Prefectural Government Office for a limited time from Tuesday, September 2023, 9.

We are available to answer visitors' questions and hold free discussions about the prefectural office and Ibaraki Prefecture.

"AI Ibaraki Hiyori" is the AI ​​of Ibaraki Prefecture-certified VTuber "Ibaraki Hiyori," which enables free conversation using natural spoken language by linking Advanced Media's AI voice dialogue avatar "AI Avatar AOI" system with OpenAI's conversation generation AI "ChatGPT."

The Ibaraki Prefectural Government Office's general information space has been trained with the most frequently asked questions from visitors, so it can smoothly answer questions about the prefectural office, such as "Which floor is the XX department on?" or "What department does XX work for?", as well as questions related to Ibaraki Prefecture.

During the installation period, general information staff and other employees will be on hand to follow up on responses.
