Overview of "ProVoXT" browser editing function
① The confirmation checkbox lets you see the editing status at a glance
From all the transcription results, you can check the comments that you have finished editing by marking them as "confirmed edits." The color of the line for comments with a "confirmed" check mark will change, so you can use it as a marker that indicates that editing is complete and easily understand the editing status.
In addition, a simple summary of minutes can be created by extracting and outputting only those statements that have been marked "confirmed."
② Audio playback panel for efficient editing
The audio of each utterance is linked to the voice recognition results, and any part of it can be easily played back from the "audio playback panel" displayed at the bottom of the screen.
You can also change the playback speed and repeat playback, making it easier to listen to audio again and greatly improving the efficiency of correcting recognition results.
3. Easily find the utterance you need with the utterance search function
You can search for comments that contain any keyword.
When you click on a search result, the corresponding comment will be displayed, making it easy to check the context of the conversation before and after.
4. Wide range of output options
Once edited, the minutes can be output in four formats: Word, Excel, text, and CSV.
Customers can choose the items to output from among "speech duration," "speaker," and "speech content."
*This feature addition applies only to "ProVoXT." The browser editing function for "ProVoXT for LGWAN" is currently under active development.
