Utilizing AI voice recognition, we convert entire conversations between employees and customers at counters such as customer service, business negotiations, and face-to-face sales into text. Voice and text are saved in chronological order, allowing you to check the flow of the conversation at a glance. It can be used for compliance checks, checking trail records, data analysis, education, etc.

In addition, it automatically monitors conversations through quantitative evaluations such as bad words, good words, speaking speed, and foggy speech, helping to improve the quality of responses.
