The Company has issued the first series of unsecured convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights and the third series of stock acquisition rights to the Whiz Asia Evolution Fund Investment Limited Partnership, which was established by Whiz Partners Co., Ltd.
Additionally, we have signed an investment agreement with the company today.
