VOC analysis requires a large amount of basic data.
Currently, the VOC data obtained at call centers is based on data entered by operators. However, if we look at recent cases, we can see that it is important to collect data that is free of the operators' subjective opinions.
Using voice recognition technology, which has become commonplace in voice search and voice input on smartphones, it is possible to accumulate a huge amount of direct basic VOC data by converting call center conversations into text. We will introduce the method, current status, and near-future VOC collection methods.
