However, inputting text using buttons or pens on a mobile phone or PDA is by no means efficient, and for this reason most users of mobile SFA/CRM systems only input routine information, inputting non-routine information after returning to the office.
"AmiVoice Reporter" is a voice input method that recognizes the voices of mobile workers and converts them into text. It not only complements the traditional text input methods used on mobile phones and PDAs, but also provides the following new value:
■ You can easily input voice data using one hand immediately after visiting a customer, ensuring that the customer's actual feedback is reflected in the report.

For example, by combining AmiVoice Reporter with a mobile SFA/CRM system for mobile phones, you can make efficient sales reports by inputting standard selection items using your finger and non-standard text input using your voice. In the case of NTT DoCoMo's FOMA, voice calls and packet communications can be used simultaneously (multi-access), so when text input is required, you can use the Phone to function to call an IVR (Interactive Voice Response/Recording Device) and input text while checking the input items on the screen, which can greatly improve efficiency compared to inputting text using button operations.
