A speech recognition and information retrieval support system aimed at achieving high compliance in call centersAmiVoice®AssistUpgrade

Advanced Media Corporation (Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kiyoyuki Suzuki; hereinafter, "Advanced Media") has developed a speech recognition and information retrieval support system for call centers that utilizes voice recognition.AmiVoice®AssistThis was upgraded as a product to strengthen compliance in call centers and was released on the market in October 2006.

AmiVoice® Assistwas launched in December 2003 as a speech recognition and information retrieval support system for call centers that utilizes voice recognition. To date, its high recognition rate and ease of use have been highly praised, and it has been adopted by many call centers, including Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ Bank.

The background to this upgrade is the growing need for corporate compliance, including internal control and risk management. In other words, while the importance of security measures for computer systems has already been recognized and measures have been implemented in each company, delays in compliance measures in telephone interactions between companies and customers, which have recently come to light, have become an issue. In particular, in the financial industry, with the enforcement of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, there has been a strong desire for "thorough explanation of matters that must be explained and thorough avoidance of saying words that should not be said" from the perspective of protecting users. In order to resolve this situation, the following upgrade has been carried out.

1. High-precision voice recognition is now possible by specifying specific keywords.

In other words, you can register words that should and shouldn't be said as specific keywords, making it possible to thoroughly explain important matters and detect NG words. It can also be used to search, extract, and play back noteworthy phone calls.

2. A new call recording function has been added, which allows you to record phone calls.

3. A new function for monitoring calls by voice and text has been added, allowing administrators to perform monitoring tasks more efficiently.

4. A new automatic update function for client modules has been implemented, making system operation management easier.

5.AmiVoice® CallScriber

This allows seamless integration with the app, which allows you to convert all phone conversations into text.

The product will be exhibited and demonstrated at the 11th Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference, which will be held at Ikebukuro Sunshine City Cultural Hall on November 16th and 17th.

Advanced Media will continue to utilize voice recognition solutions to provide useful, convenient, and appreciated services tailored to a variety of usage scenarios and users.
