Improving work efficiency with an evolving voice input system

AmiVoice® Ex" Ver. 6.70 will be released in November 2008.
"AmiVoice® ExAs of the end of September 2008, the " series had been installed in over 9 medical facilities nationwide, and since its release in 2,700, it has been highly praised in the medical field for its "high recognition rate," "easy to use," and "efficient."
In this upgrade, we have made the following improvements in response to user requests, resulting in even greater usability.
■ Added functionality for the dedicated handheld microphone
We have further improved operability by increasing the functionality of the microphone button, adding new keyboard shortcuts, and improving the functionality of the handheld microphone in direct input mode.
■ Bulk import and export of registered words, registered audio data, etc.
In addition to the existing import/export function for registered words and templates, it is now possible to import/export acoustic learning effects, candidate learning effects, and settings all at once.
This makes it easier to back up user data or transfer it to another device.
■ Enhancing medical dictionaries
We have updated the medical dictionary by adding new drugs, reviewing and deleting unnecessary words, and otherwise improving recognition accuracy.
■ Other basic performance improvements
We have improved work efficiency by increasing functionality, such as improving the response when pressing the record button.
"AmiVoice® ExThe " series can be used to input findings such as treatments and procedures into electronic medical records, create medical certificates, and create referral letters to other hospitals. It is equipped with specialized terms such as treatment names, drug names, disease names, and symptoms that are frequently used in each field, achieving high recognition accuracy.
This product also reduces the time and effort required for tedious keyboard input, improving work efficiency in busy medical facilities, which in turn contributes to improved communication with patients and services.
Unlike conventional commercially available voice recognition software, this product does not require any prior voice registration (compatible with any speaker) and can flexibly accommodate accents and speaking speeds. In addition, you can easily input and correct your voice using a dedicated hand microphone, and it also has an automatic learning function that increases the recognition rate the more you use it. Voice input is possible not only for electronic medical records, but also for various other applications.
