A solution for contact centers that utilizes AI voice recognition technology AmiVoice has been selected as an IT tool eligible for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "IT Implementation Subsidy 2020".
The 2020 IT introduction subsidy will subsidize a portion of the business expenses for small and medium-sized enterprises/small businesses that want to introduce IT tools (software, services, etc.). This is a subsidy aimed at improving skills.
