Voice recognition technology “AmiVoice®” has been adopted by Juroku Bank for its smartphone app for creating interview records.

Advanced Media Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and President: Kiyoyuki Suzuki; hereinafter referred to as "Advanced Media")'s voice recognition technology "AmiVoice" President: Yukio Murase (hereinafter referred to as Juroku Bank), the voice recognition smartphone app was adopted for the purpose of creating interview records. The application was developed by INTEC Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture, CEO: Takayuki Kitaoka, hereinafter referred to as INTEC), a member of the TIS INTEC Group.

This application allows bank staff to create records of interviews with customers using voice input, and is linked to INTEC's comprehensive information system solution for financial institutions, F3 (F-Cube). By utilizing voice recognition, we help reduce time and burden and improve work efficiency.

It uses a voice recognition engine that is strong in business terms, and by registering the words you want to recognize, it boasts a high recognition rate for financial products and unique product names.
