Currently, while companies are building systems to process orders via the web, there is still a strong user demand for the convenience of faxing when it comes to order reception processing, and in some industries faxing is still the norm, with fax orders being processed manually, including sorting after receipt, fax processing after input, and filing. In this situation, our system converts the cumbersome fax order processing into data and uses voice recognition technology to input data by voice, thereby reducing input time and improving work efficiency.
The features of this system are as follows:
1. Voice input function
You can input the information required for order registration, such as your company code, your company product, customer code, etc., just by speaking. This allows you to input information just by speaking into the computer without using a keyboard, which improves work efficiency.
2. Search function for items, customers, etc.
You can easily and quickly search by simply speaking the customer name, item name, and other settings. You can create a list of items handled and a history for each customer name, and then search by voice.
3. Order registration data list display function
Registered order data can be viewed in a list, making it easy to check whether the data entered by voice is correct.
4. CSV format output function
Data entered by voice can be output in CSV format, making it easy to integrate with existing sales management systems.
5. Building a flexible operational system
In addition to client-server configurations, we also offer standalone systems that do not require communication, tailored to the scale of system operation.
Fujitsu will promote the adoption of this system, which uses voice recognition technology to improve work efficiency in a variety of fields, including the distribution and retail industries, with the aim of introducing 3 licenses over the next three years.
