VoXT is a coined word based on Voice teXTing, meaning "to convert voice into text." This is a service that allows you to easily convert audio data from interviews, seminars, etc. into text.
In recent years, with the spread of smartphones, services that convert short phrases into text using voice recognition technology have become widespread. However, transcription of interviews, seminars, etc. is still mainly done by professionals who require specialized knowledge and high-speed typing, and even those who are accustomed to the task can take 1 to 6 hours to transcribe one hour of audio. VoXT, which is being launched this time, uses voice recognition technologyAmiVoice®This is a cloud-based service that allows customers to edit the text themselves using the cloud service. This reduces the time required for transcription by about 5%.

Simply download the dedicated application from the website and upload the audio file to automatically convert it into text. After voice recognition, you can edit the text or search for keywords while listening to the audio on the application. Also, by registering the audio file in the application, it is possible to automatically detect only the parts where people have spoken. Accurate voice recognition can be difficult when the speaker is far away from the IC recorder, or when multiple people's speech is recorded on a single IC recorder without using a microphone, but this function makes it convenient to transcribe.
This service offers two pricing plans: the monthly pay-as-you-go "Basic Plan" (1 yen/minute for voice recognition, excluding tax) and the monthly flat-rate "Value Plan" (30 yen/month, excluding tax, includes up to 2,000 hours of voice recognition. 2 yen per minute thereafter). We recommend the Basic Plan for customers who use the service for up to 1 hour per month, and the Value Plan for customers who use the service for more than 30 hour. You can also try out 2 hour of voice recognition for free for 1 weeks after registration.
