AI voice recognition reduces the burden of monitoring and recording during work
Advanced Media Inc. The product will be exhibited at the 2th Wearable EXPO (booth number: 12-14), which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, February 6th to Friday, February 8th.
As of June 2020, all food-related businesses, including the restaurant industry, are required to implement hygiene management in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). In order to prevent hazards such as food poisoning bacteria contamination and foreign matter contamination, it is now mandatory to manage and record important processes such as heating and packaging food.
In particular, monitoring to see and record whether the management status of each process is appropriate requires recording in real time while work is being carried out, which is said to be a challenge in operating HACCP due to the heavy burden it places on site.
In this context, Advanced Media is releasing a customer preview version of the iOS version of the "Hands-free dialogue input app for food hygiene records," which will greatly streamline the record-keeping work of food-related businesses. By using an iOS device with the app installed in combination with the badge-type wearable microphone device "AmiVoice Front WT01," monitoring and recording through voice dialogue is possible without having to stop working.
Monitoring details can be automatically entered by answering questions such as "What's the temperature?" and "What are the ingredients?" that are answered through a voice synthesis from the speaker. Records stored in the device can be easily transferred to Excel, Notepad, etc. on a PC via Bluetooth by simply swiping the screen. Everything from voice input of data to transfer to a PC can be used in an offline environment, reducing capital investment costs.
