■Toshima Ward Work-Life Balance Promotion Company Certification System
Under this system, Toshima Ward certifies companies that are promoting work-life balance for employees and taking steps to create a workplace where work and life are in harmony. To receive certification, companies must be proactively working on a total of 46 items, including "whether they have created an environment that is easy to care for children and the elderly" and "whether they have created a workplace that is easy for both men and women to work in."
