1. "AmiVoice Speech Front Communications"
This is a solution for visualizing face-to-face work, specializing in supporting the strengthening of compliance and improving the quality of customer service at customer service desks and face-to-face sales. Face-to-face conversations are recorded using the microphone aggregation device "AmiVoice Front HUB2" with 01ch output function and the ultra-directional small stand microphone "AmiVoice Front ST01", and then transcribed using the AI voice recognition engine AmiVoice, making it possible to store and utilize evidence records. Voice and text are linked and stored, and can be searched by various conditions, making it possible to quickly find high-risk conversations.
