Streamlining editing processes and enabling real-time, multilingual sharing of meeting content.
Advanced Media Corporation (Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Kiyoyuki Suzuki; hereinafter, "Advanced Media") has announced that it has announced the launch of "VoXT One," a unified meeting minutes solution platform that has the No. 1 market share in Japan.*We have updated our cloud-based transcription service "ProVoXT," which is equipped with AI speech recognition AmiVoice.
This version update implements a collaborative editing function for multiple users, making it easier to view and edit meeting minutes. Additionally, it adds a "Live View" function for real-time sharing of transcription and translation results, a speech recognition engine supporting Chinese, Korean, Thai, and other languages, and a real-time translation function, enabling smooth communication and information sharing even in meetings with participants who speak different languages.
Main version upgrades
- Implemented a "collaborative editing function" that allows multiple users to edit the transcription results simultaneously.
The editing screen (transcription editor) now allows multiple users to view and edit transcription results simultaneously. This real-time, simultaneous viewing and editing of transcription results allows for faster sharing of meeting content and revision of transcriptions. Icons are displayed where other users are editing, allowing users to see the editing status at a glance.
Furthermore, since password protection is available, you can use it with peace of mind even in highly confidential meetings.

- Added speech recognition engines for Chinese, Korean, Thai, and other languages.
In addition to the Japanese and English speech recognition engines we previously offered, we have added new speech recognition engines for Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Thai, enabling transcription of a wider range of languages.
Furthermore, we've added a multilingual engine that automatically detects and transcribes Japanese, English, and Chinese without requiring you to switch between speech recognition engines.
*The Chinese, Korean, Thai, and multilingual engines only support real-time recognition.
*The word registration function is not available for transcriptions in languages other than Japanese.
- Added a feature to translate transcription results in real time.
Transcription results can now be translated in real time into Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Thai. This allows for immediate review of meeting content in another language, facilitating smoother communication in multilingual environments, such as supporting understanding for participants unfamiliar with Japanese or confirming content during English-language meetings.

It is also possible to display the original text and the translated result side-by-side. The translated result can be downloaded in Excel or CSV format.
- Implemented a "live view function" to make the transcription results easier to read and view.
We have implemented a "Live View function" that allows you to view transcript results in real time simply by accessing a dedicated URL. It features a simple UI that makes it easy to focus on the spoken content, and can be used for various purposes such as real-time sharing of meeting content and displaying subtitles. Furthermore, the font size, display mode (dark/light), and display language can be customized to suit your usage scenario and viewing environment.
[Examples of usage scenarios]
• Meeting captioning: Prevents missed information and misunderstandings in real time, enabling smooth communication.
• Shareholder meetings and briefings: We provide robust support for accurate information dissemination at crucial moments.
• Lectures and seminars: Prevent missed information and improve comprehension and learning effectiveness.
- Subtitle display at service counters: Supports smooth communication with deaf, hard-of-hearing, and those unfamiliar with Japanese.
