Advanced Media establishes new department, "Work Style Co-creation Office," to support the success of diverse talent.

Strengthening the organizational foundation that supports sustainable growth and maximizing the value of our employees.

Advanced Media, Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and President: Kiyoyuki Suzuki; hereinafter referred to as Advanced Media) has established a new department, the "Work Style Co-creation Office," with the aim of realizing an organization where diverse talent can stay, demonstrate their abilities, and take on challenges.

In recent years, as work style reforms and shifts in attitudes towards work have progressed throughout society, creating organizations that respect differences in age, gender, nationality, values, etc., and that are fair and inclusive, has become essential for the sustainable growth of companies.
In addition to these social factors, our company itself is expanding in size and its workforce is becoming more diverse, which has increased the need to re-examine our organizational structure and work style. Furthermore, with the acceleration of technological innovation, including generative AI, the social expectations placed upon our company and the roles we are expected to play are also changing.
Furthermore, Advanced Media will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2027. With the aim of building an organizational foundation to move the company to the next stage, while cherishing and inheriting the positive aspects of the corporate culture that we have cultivated so far, we have newly established the "Work Style Co-Creation Office."

One of the core values of our company is our "C4C (Challenge for Change)" philosophy, which encourages each employee to identify goals necessary for the company's continuous growth and to create a cycle of planning and challenging themselves to achieve those goals.
Based on this philosophy, we established the "Work Style Co-creation Office" to promote the creation of an environment where diverse talents can demonstrate their abilities and continue to take on challenges. To ensure that diverse talents can work with peace of mind, we consider DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) as one of our key initiatives, and we are working on organizational development from a broad perspective, including ensuring psychological safety, supporting employee growth, and improving engagement.

Main roles of the Work Style Co-creation Office

- Designing and reviewing work styles and employment rules that take into account the diversification of values and attributes.
- Maintaining and improving a safe, fair, and equitable workplace environment that respects human rights, including the prevention of harassment.
- Visualizing organizational conditions through analysis of employee surveys and identification of factors contributing to employee turnover and retention.
- Cross-departmental improvement proposals utilizing data such as attributes, attendance, and surveys.
- Promoting understanding and raising awareness among each employee through internal awareness-raising activities.

As an initial step, in addition to reviewing and strengthening existing policies, we plan to sequentially promote information dissemination both internally and externally regarding our social responsibility and human resources initiatives, including training and awareness-raising activities on DEI and harassment prevention, and the formulation of human resources policies and human rights policies. By actively communicating our internal initiatives, we aim to spread awareness throughout society and send a message to job seekers.
