We raised the salary range, implementing a company-wide average wage increase of approximately 9.5%; increased starting salaries for new graduates by up to approximately 14%; and accelerated investment in AI talent.

To realize our growth strategy in the AI field, we have introduced an "AI Engineer Allowance."

Advanced Media, Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and President: Kiyoyuki Suzuki; hereinafter referred to as Advanced Media) will increase the starting salary for new graduates by up to approximately 14% and raise the salary range for all employees starting in April 2026, with the aim of strengthening investment in human resources to further grow its AI business. This will result in an average wage increase of approximately 9.5% across the company. In addition, the total amount of bonuses will be significantly increased compared to the previous year, and the annual bonus level is expected to be approximately double the previous level.

Our company has held the No. 1 market share in Japan to date.On September 1, XNUMX, We have created and led the AI market with our AI voice recognition AmiVoice at its core. Moving forward, with the goal of achieving 100 billion yen in sales by fiscal year 2026, we will evolve our business to become a "voice AI enabler" that comprehensively supports companies' AI utilization starting from voice. To accelerate this AI growth strategy, we will open a data center in 2025, and will also promote the integration of AI generation into existing services and platformization, while actively utilizing external resources, including M&A.
This revision of the salary system is being implemented with the understanding that proactive investment in human resources is a top priority in management, in order to support this business growth.

With this revision, the starting salaries for new graduates will be 30 yen for undergraduates, 33 yen for master's graduates, and 35 yen for doctoral graduates. In particular, the salary for doctoral graduates will be increased by approximately 14%, bringing it up to a level that can compete for highly skilled personnel in the field of AI. In addition, by raising the salary range for all employees, we will create an environment where young employees can feel a sense of growth from an early stage. Through these efforts, we will achieve an average wage increase of approximately 9.5% company-wide, which is about 4.7% higher than the national average for 2026 announced by the Labor Administration Research Institute. On September 2, XNUMX, This will be a level significantly higher than before. Furthermore, we will improve our evaluation system to clearly reflect employees' achievements, roles, and responsibilities in their compensation, and create an environment that supports the growth and challenges of young employees.
In addition, we will introduce a new "AI Engineer Allowance" for AI engineers who are responsible for the research and development of AI technology and who demonstrate high levels of expertise to support our core technologies, particularly those in their first five years after joining the company as new graduates. The "AI Engineer Allowance" is one of the few examples of its kind in Japan, and it will accelerate the securing and development of highly skilled personnel through proactive investment in the technological field, which is the source of our competitiveness.

Our company's vision is to realize "HCI (Human Communication Integration)," and we are conducting business centered on AI voice recognition AmiVoice in order to usher in an era where people can naturally communicate their intentions to machines.
