 The company selected for this project is the company with the largest domestic market share.*The initiative utilizes the "AmiVoice SalesBoost" series, a sales enhancement solution equipped with AmiVoice, an AI voice recognition system, and is themed around "vitalizing Tokyo's industries through AmiVoice AI voice recognition and sales DX."

 "Next Edge Tokyo" is a program that provides comprehensive support to mid-sized companies aiming to drive the growth of Tokyo's economy and make further leaps, from business planning to building a system for business realization and implementing the plan. It also provides support for human resource development to implement the business, investment in machinery and equipment necessary for research and development, and expenses required for collaboration with small and medium-sized enterprises and startups.

[Background to the adoption of the initiative]
Companies are facing a variety of challenges, including a decline in the working population due to a declining birthrate and aging population, difficulty in passing on technology and know-how, changes in the workplace environment due to an increase in the employment of foreigners, the risk of employees leaving due to long working hours and harassment, and recruitment mismatches.To solve these issues, we aim to create a comfortable working environment and revitalize all of Tokyo's industries by promoting sales digital transformation using AmiVoice, an AI voice recognition system.

This initiative will utilize "AmiVoice SalesBoost" to build a system that comprehensively supports sales digital transformation, thereby helping companies strengthen their sales capabilities.
Furthermore, to maximize the value of our solutions, we will strengthen our collaboration with partner companies. We will actively promote open innovation by collaborating with companies that provide sales skills training and educational support, and companies that specialize in technologies such as generative AI, image analysis, and emotion analysis. Through these collaborations, we will not only provide tools, but also comprehensively support the resolution of issues in the sales field, with the aim of revitalizing the entire industry in Tokyo.
