Advanced Media Inc. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Suzuki Kiyoyuki; hereinafter referred to as "Advanced Media") has begun offering the latest version 2.0.0 of its medical AI voice recognition work-sharing service "AmiVoice iNote" on Tuesday, January 13th. The new version features a revamped UI (user interface) to improve operability, prevent operational errors, and increase work efficiency.
In this latest version, we have incorporated feedback from medical professionals to significantly improve usability and create a user-friendly, intuitive UI.
"AmiVoice iNote" is a smartphone app that contributes to the efficiency of record entry into electronic medical records. It can be used by a variety of professionals from each medical department and administrative department, and supports medical sites as a work-sharing service that allows easy collaboration.
With the advancement of digital transformation in the healthcare industry, streamlining record-keeping and administrative tasks that have previously taken up a lot of time for healthcare professionals has become an urgent issue. Furthermore, with the work style reforms scheduled for 2024, there is a rapidly growing need for practical support tools that can reduce the burden of daily work in healthcare settings in order to provide safe, high-quality medical care with limited staff.
In this environment, AmiVoice iNote, equipped with a state-of-the-art medical-specific engine, has been highly praised as a tool that significantly improves the efficiency of record-keeping in medical settings and enables real-time information sharing. As a result, as of December 2025, the number of licenses installed in medical institutions has exceeded 15,000.(*Including "AmiVoice iNote Lite" from the same series)
Until now, "AmiVoice iNote" has supported the creation of an environment where electronic medical record entries and notes can be quickly organized and stored, and has worked to make daily record-keeping more efficient. Furthermore, in order to improve operability in line with on-site usage scenarios, the UI of "AmiVoice iNote" has been revamped, and it has evolved to be even more comfortable to use.

In this UI overhaul, we have unified the design to be familiar and stationery-themed, in reference to the "note" in "AmiVoice iNote," so that it fits in with the daily task of taking notes in nursing records. Furthermore, in addition to the frequently used "camera," "stamp," "voice," and "memo," we have consolidated key functions such as usage status and my data into the menu screen, redesigning the navigation to allow quick access to necessary functions. In addition, from the perspective of preventing operational errors, we have reviewed the button size and layout, improving the system to ensure reliable and smooth operation even in busy workplaces.
Advanced Media will continue to incorporate the feedback of medical professionals, continue to improve usability and functionality, and contribute to streamlining record-keeping and work style reform in the medical field.

With "AmiVoice iNote," you can transfer voice notes and photos taken on your smartphone to your PC via Wi-Fi. Now, you can zoom in and out on images transferred to your PC, allowing you to check the information in the image in more detail. In addition, you can now change the display position of the date and time on stamp messages when transferring them to your PC.

This is an on-premise work sharing service that has an input support function using mobile voice recognition, an in-hospital SNS function, and a workload monitoring function.
Not only does it use a highly accurate medical voice recognition dictionary, but it also features photos, videos, and stamps specifically designed for medical treatment, allowing you to easily create and save records anytime, anywhere. Data is saved in chronological order in chat format and can be transferred to a medical record system using dedicated software on your computer. It promotes task sharing by utilizing accumulated data, contributing to the improvement of medical services through features such as timely information gathering, information sharing, and work visualization, which were not possible with the previous version of "AmiVoice."
