Accelerating digital transformation and operational efficiency within the JA Group
Advanced Media Co., Ltd. (Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Suzuki Kiyoyuki; hereinafter referred to as "Advanced Media") has signed a sales partnership agreement with The Japan Agricultural News Co., Ltd. (Head office: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tamiya Kazushiro; hereinafter referred to as "The Japan Agricultural News").
The Japan Agricultural News is actively working to promote digital transformation to transform JA's business and operations. The newspaper promotes the use of digital technologies within the JA Group through hosting the "JA-DX Promotion Study Group," which promotes digital transformation at JA sites, and through the operation of "J Partners," a membership service that provides comprehensive support for JA executives and employees in learning and resolving workplace issues.
Advanced Media has implemented VoXT One, a meeting minutes solution that utilizes the AI voice recognition technology AmiVoice, in numerous JA Group companies, and has supported the promotion of digital transformation. It is used by over 50 organizations, including the National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations, JA Aira, JA Otofuke, JA Gifu, JA Kenebetsu, JA Topia Hamamatsu, JA Hida, and JA Miekita. Furthermore, as a supporting company of the JA-DX Promotion Study Group, organized by the Japan Agricultural News, Advanced Media's continued participation in study groups and networking events has strengthened collaboration, leading to the realization of this sales partner agreement.
This agreement marks an important step in further strengthening the collaboration between the two companies. We will also widely publicize "VoXT One" and actively support JA's digital transformation efforts.
Advanced Media and The Japan Agricultural News will continue to deepen their collaboration and further accelerate operational efficiency and digital transformation within the JA Group.
■ Comments from the Japan Agricultural Newspaper
JA's field staff are required to provide attentive service to members and perform a variety of tasks aimed at the development of local agriculture on a daily basis. The company is deeply aware that administrative tasks such as creating meeting minutes place a heavy burden on staff. By introducing the meeting minutes transcription software "ScribeAssist" and "ProVoXT," the company believes it can streamline tedious tasks and help create an environment in which staff can devote more time to their primary focus: field activities and supporting members.
We will continue to utilize digital technology to contribute to the transformation of JA Group's operations and the sustainable development of local agriculture.
