The AI summarization function, which is linked to ChatGPT, now allows you to input custom prompts, allowing you to take advantage of flexible and accurate AI summarization in a wider range of situations than ever before.
This feature is also available at no additional cost to users of "ScribeAssist," a standalone transcription assistance application provided by "VoXT One."
Main version upgrades
- You can now summarize your transcripts with custom prompts.
Previously, users could choose between two formats for summarizing: a "minutes" format that outputs an overview, decision, and next action for each agenda item, and a "summary" format that summarizes the main points for each agenda item. With this latest upgrade, a "custom" format has been added that allows users to input their own prompts (instructions) according to their purpose, making summarization more flexible and accurate.
It can be used in a wide range of situations, such as summarizing in your own format or desired tone, summarizing interview transcripts in a question and answer format, and summarizing transcripts in other languages.
- Prompts can be saved and recalled as templates.
Up to 100 prompts can be saved as templates for each user. Templates can be selected and called up when summarizing, eliminating the need to enter prompts each time. Templates can also be edited after calling up, allowing for fine-tuning to suit your needs.
The summary history can be reviewed later, and prompts that produce good results can be templated.
・Summary results can be edited, shared via URL, and output.
Just like when summarizing in the conventional format, the summary results can be edited, shared via URL, and output as a file.
-You can now check up to the last 10 summary histories.
Previously, only administrators could view the summary history, but now the creator of each minutes can also view it. In the case of "Custom" format, prompts can also be viewed.
