Advanced Media Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Suzuki Kiyoyuki; hereinafter, "Advanced Media") will begin offering new functions for its construction process management platform service "AmiVoice Super Inspection Platform" on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, which will streamline preview operations and improve customer satisfaction.

New features for preview events on the "AmiVoice Super Inspection Platform"
The AmiVoice Super Inspection Platform, which was officially released in December last year, has an extension for preview events that allows users to manage data on an iPad by linking comments from buyers with photos of relevant areas, and share the data in real time with construction companies. Furthermore, by incorporating an electronic signature function and shifting from traditional paper-based preview events to iPad-based operations, we have achieved the reduction of human error and the speedier sharing of information, thereby improving the efficiency of repair work.
However, the previous function still had some issues. After the viewing, a viewing sheet recording any defects or repairs needed had to be printed out and handed to the buyer, or sent individually by email, which required a lot of time and effort. In addition, after the viewing, the buyer had to return to the property to check whether the issues pointed out had been properly repaired, which placed a burden on both the buyer and the business owner.
To address these issues, we will begin offering new functions that will streamline inspection procedures at preview events and improve customer satisfaction.
With this new function, buyers can easily check any issues raised during the preview and pre- and post-repair photos by simply scanning a 2D code with their smartphone. Once the confirmation is complete, they can sign from their smartphone and save the preview sheet on their smartphone as a copy. This allows buyers to complete the preview confirmation process on their smartphone, eliminating the need for the traditional tasks of printing out preview sheets and sending them by email, thereby improving both work efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The "Download Viewing Sheet" and "Check Photos" options are available from the dedicated menu screen on smartphones. First, tap "Check Photos" to display a blueprint of the apartment under contract, where you can review any issues linked to the relevant areas on the blueprint and photos of the issues taken at the viewing. Once all issues have been checked, you can sign electronically. Since the signature data is saved directly on the buyer's smartphone, there is no longer any need to distribute paper copies as in the past, promoting a paperless society. After signing, tap the "Finish Confirmation" button at the bottom of the screen to return to the menu screen and download the "Viewing Sheet."
In addition, before and after repair photos can be viewed on a smartphone. Even if it is difficult for a buyer to attend the inspection meeting for various reasons, the buyer can remotely check the correction status on their smartphone, which can reduce the burden of having to visit the property again.
Furthermore, the 2D code can be issued from the management screen of the "AmiVoice Super Inspection Platform," and the buyer's status can be checked from the management screen. The status is automatically updated according to the buyer's verification status and whether or not a signature has been received, such as "Not yet processed," "Confirmation meeting," "Waiting for signature," or "Photo verification completed."
The expanded functionality for preview events released last year was developed by customizing "Finishing Inspection," one of the features in the "AmiVoice Super Inspection Platform" lineup, for preview events at Nomura Real Estate's condominiums. It has been in use at preview events for Nomura Real Estate's new condominium series, "Proud," since January 2023, and this latest expansion is also scheduled to be adopted.
Advanced Media will continue to contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the construction and real estate industries, where labor shortages are becoming increasingly serious, by expanding the functionality of the AmiVoice Super Inspection Platform.
Features of the new functions for preview events
1. Downloading preview sheets using 2D codes eliminates the need for paper printing
By simply scanning the 2D code with their smartphone, buyers can download a preview sheet that records any defects or repairs required for the property. This eliminates the need to print out preview sheets and hand them over to buyers, as well as the need to send emails to each buyer, which is expected to improve work efficiency and customer satisfaction.

2. Photos of repairs can be shared, allowing for remote inspections
Before and after photos can be viewed on a smartphone. Even if it is difficult for the buyer to attend the inspection meeting, they can remotely check the repair status themselves, reducing the burden of having to visit the property again.
