We have added features that allow you to use "ProVoXT" more flexibly in a wider range of situations, such as real-time recognition and automatic changes to contract plans based on usage volume.

■ Real-time recognition function
While retaining the ease of cloud computing, it now supports real-time speech recognition, allowing you to transcribe audio from meetings, interviews, and other events on the spot without recording, making it suitable for a wider range of uses.
It also comes with many convenient features for transcribing and creating meeting minutes.

・Real-time transcription
Instantly converts speech into text. It also supports transcription of speech played on the device, so it can be used with any web conferencing system. You can easily start recognition from the home screen.
- Real-time editing
The transcription results can be edited during recognition. By adding a "confirmed edit check" to comments that have been edited, you can use it as a marker and easily understand the editing status. You can also extract and output only comments that have an "confirmed edit check," so it can also be used to create simple meeting minutes.
・Speaker identification function
AI identifies speakers based on their voice characteristics and automatically assigns numbers. During or after recognition is complete, each assigned number can be converted into a participant name in bulk.
・Selectable voice recognition engine
Specialized speech recognition engines are available at no additional charge. By selecting the optimal engine, recognition rates can be further improved. Speech recognition engines for "General Purpose," "Meetings," "Parliament," "Medical," "Construction," and "English" are available.

・Word registration function
You can improve the accuracy of speech recognition by registering commonly used technical terms and company terms. You can also use the common word groups for your company/agency registered by the administrator.

The spoken text and audio are linked, so you can pinpoint any parts you missed and play them back while the system is recognizing them.
■The web editing screen (transcription editor) is now easier to use
To coincide with the addition of the real-time recognition function, we have revamped the editing screen (transcription editor). The UI has been revised to make it easier to read and edit, and convenient new functions have also been added.
- Bulk editing of speakers
Previously, it was necessary to manually enter the speaker for each statement, but now it is possible to select from a speaker list. In addition, by combining this with the speaker identification function, it is possible to change the speaker for statements with the same number all at once.
- Continuous playback of statements
Comments can now be played back continuously, and editing can be done while playing, allowing for smoother editing.
■You can now search and filter the created transcriptions
You can now search and filter transcripts by "Created date and time," "Last updated date and time," "Recognition method (file/real-time)," and "Keywords."
■ Plans can now be automatically changed in months with high usage
In months when your usage is higher than usual, your plan can now be automatically changed within the set limit. This means you can use your data more flexibly without having to change your contract, even in months with high usage.
