The assembly newsletter is a public relations paper issued by each local government to inform residents of assembly activities and deliberations in an easy-to-understand manner. When the "Parliament Newsletter Creation Support Service" uploads the minutes data of general questions from the parliament, it automatically sorts all remarks by member of parliament. The sorted remarks can be easily summarized in a question and answer format with one click. The sorting of remarks, which was previously done manually, has been automated, and it is now possible to efficiently generate summaries of questions and answers for each member of parliament without the need for complex prompt input.
In addition, two summary results for the same question and answer can be displayed, allowing users to compare and consider the contents and select the most appropriate wording. Furthermore, summary results can be easily edited with a single click. By giving correction instructions such as "shorten the summary" or "summarize in 2 characters or more," the AI will regenerate the summary according to the instructions. It is also possible to compare summaries before and after changes. There is also a function that highlights the relevant statements in the minutes when you click on a summary result. This makes it easy to check the basis for the summary, supporting efficient work while maintaining the accuracy of the content.
The summary results can be output in text or HTML format. In HTML format, the summary can be linked to the minutes of the meeting from which it was taken, allowing for smooth and accurate information sharing with other staff and members of parliament.
Please note that this service requires a "VoXT One" account, so it is only available to local governments that have introduced the AI voice recognition transcription support application "ScribeAssist" or the cloud-based transcription service "ProVoXT."
